our process

step 1: meet/discuss

Susan will meet with you on site to discuss what services you are wanting, your design wish list, timeline and budget. Before-photos and existing professional measurements will be taken.

step 2: design/source/order/stage

DESIGN: Design solutions are created and developed via sketches and scaled drawings.

SOURCE: Colour schemes are developed - materials, furniture, lighting and art are selected.

ORDER MANAGEMENT: Furniture, lighting & rugs are ordered, stored, delivered & placed.

STAGE: Utilizing your existing furniture, art & accessories, Susan will rearrange and advise on what items should be revised, removed or fixed before your home is listed for sale. She may shop for or recommend the purchase of a few decor, art or furniture pieces to elevate the space.

step 3: present/revise

Designs are presented to the homeowner via presentations plans and material samples/swatches.

step 4: provide resources

Upon request, Susan can provide you with a list of recommended trade vendors including: material suppliers, contractors and specialized trades.

FEE structure

Susan’s hourly Interior Design fee is $250 + GST

(Within Calgary city limits. Outside city limits add $1/km + GST)

Home staging fee is $550 + GST - 2 hour consultation.
