our process

Step 1: Discuss
Email, call or text me and let me know what services you are looking for. We will discuss your scope of services needed, budget & timeline.

Step 2: Book Consultation
We will select a day and time that works best for you and get you booked in for your in-home consultation to get started.

Step 3: Stage/ Select /Design/Present
After I have gathered all the required information, I start creating, designing and sourcing. All of my creative solutions and designs will then be prestented with samples & drawings.

Home Staging, Paint/Colour Consultations, Art Placement and Interior Enhancement Consultations take 2-4 hours.

Time frame for all services other than home staging vary depending on the size of the project.

All Home Staging will be completed using the client’s existing furniture, lighting, bedding & accessories. I will rearrange furniture and art, and advise on what items should be revised, removed or fixed before the home is listed. I may add a few accessories from my collection or recommend the purchase of a few specific decor pieces to elevate and complete the staging.

Step 4: Provide Resources
If needed and desired, I can provide you with a list of recomendations for specialized local trades, suppliers, lighting stores,

design stores & window covering specialists.

FEE structure

The hourly fee for all services is $250 + GST

Home Staging fee for homes up to 3,000 sq/ft of living space is $500 + GST - Includes up to 2 hours of staging consultation (Recommended: 1 1/2 hours initial consultation and 1/2 hour follow up consultation) 

Home Staging fee for homes between 3,000 sq/ft and 5000 sq/ft of living space is $750 + GST - Includes up to 3 hours of staging consultation

Home Staging fee for homes above 5000 sq/ft of living space - Contact Susan to discuss

For other Interior Design Services that may take longer than 4 hours, contact Susan for a Quote.
